PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI TEPUNG KROKOT (Portulaca oleracea) TERHADAP TOTAL SEL DARAH PUTIH DAN DIFERENSIAL SEL DARAH PUTIH KAMBING JAWARANDU (Capra aegagrus hircus)


 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Purslane flour on total white blood cells, and cell differential in Jawarandu goats. This research conducted from February until March 2021 Livestock Group Rambon Asri, Rejo Asri Village, Seputih Raman District, Lampung Tengah Regency, Province. Examination cells carried out at Veterinary Disease Investigation Center. experimental design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments 5 replications. were basal ration (P0), 5% supplementation (P1), 10% (P2), 15% (P3). data obtained analyzed using analysis variance significance level if significant obtained, it continued tested orthogonal polynomials. results showed that purslane had (P<0.05) neutrophils very (P<0.01) lymphocytes, but no (P>0.05) against monocytes. best dose which optimum for 3.01% kg/DM (dry matter) ration, 8.34% 10.51% respectively.
